Ensure the product is exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused and unaltered, with the price label intact and accompanied by the original purchase receipt/invoice. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. Items cannot be exchanged due to slight color or texture variations caused by differences in color monitors/screens or lighting used during photoshoots. Manufacturing Defects Exchange or refund will only be processed if the product has a clear manufacturing defect.
