Who We Are

An anonymized string (hash) from your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it.

After comment approval, your profile picture is visible within the context of your comment.

Comment Cookies:
- Saves your name, email address, and website for convenience.
- Lasts for one year.
Login Cookies:
- Temporary cookie to check browser cookie acceptance (discarded when browser closes)
- Login cookies last for two days; screen options cookies last for one year.
- “Remember Me” keeps your login for two weeks.
- Logging out removes login cookies.
Editor Cookies:
- Cookie saved when editing or publishing an article.
- Contains no personal data, only the post ID of the edited article.
- Expires after one day.

Articles may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles).
Embedded content behaves as if you visited the external site directly.
These websites may collect data, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor interactions.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Comments: Retained indefinitely (including metadata) for automatic follow-up comment approval.
Registered Users:
- Personal information stored in user profile.
- Users can view, edit, or delete personal data (except username).
- Website administrators can also view and edit user information.

You can request an exported file of your personal data.
You can request data deletion (excluding data needed for administrative, legal, or security purposes).
